Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wedding Time, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. This policy outlines the conditions under which users can request cancellations and refunds.


Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

  • To cancel, users must send a request to info@weddingtime.co.in or call +91 77450 65308.

  • Upon cancellation, the user will retain access to premium features until the current subscription expires.


Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a user is billed twice for the same service due to a technical issue, the extra charge will be refunded.

  • Failed Activation: If a user’s paid membership is not activated within 2 hours, and the issue is not resolved, they may request a refund.

  • Service Discontinuation: If Wedding Time discontinues a paid service, users may be eligible for a prorated refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with the matchmaking experience.

  • Incomplete use of membership duration.

  • Violation of terms leading to account suspension.
