Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wedding Time, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. This policy outlines the conditions under which users can request cancellations and refunds.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Users may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
    To cancel, users must send a request to info@weddingtime.co.in or call +91 77450 65308.
    Upon cancellation, the user will retain access to premium features until the current subscription expires.

  2. Refund Policy
    We follow a strict no-refund policy, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a user is billed twice for the same service due to a technical issue, the extra charge will be refunded.
  • Failed Activation: If a user’s paid membership is not activated within 2 hours, and the issue is not resolved, they may request a refund.
  • Service Discontinuation: If Wedding Time discontinues a paid service, users may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with the matchmaking experience.
  • Incomplete use of membership duration.
  • Violation of terms leading to account suspension.
